Monthly reset
Credits refresh in full at the start of every billing cycle (monthly or annual). Unused credits do not roll over — use them or lose them.
Deducted when the action runs
Charges happen at the moment you start an action — generating a draft, sending an email, running research. If we can't complete the action, credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Bounce returns
If a coach's email address bounces, the 5 credits you spent to send it are returned to your balance automatically. Our system also searches for the coach's new email daily (up to 3 attempts).
Free tier
Every new account starts with 3 days of full Pro access — enough to actually send emails to real coaches. After that, Free keeps everything that doesn't send: build your profile, search the coach database, chat with Jarvis, draft emails, upload video and convert your GPA. Sending to coaches requires a plan.
Elite tier
On Elite, no credits are ever deducted — you can chat, draft, send, research, and analyze video as much as you want.
Running out mid-cycle
If your balance hits zero, credit-consuming actions pause until the next reset. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time — the upgrade is prorated and your new allocation is available immediately.

You start free: profile, coach database and 10 coach emails included. For more, one-time passes — €14.97 unlocks 30 days of full Pro, €199 covers 12 months. No subscription, nothing renews; whenever a pass ends you keep your profile, coach lists and drafts.
Credits are the universal currency on AthlyAI. Each paid plan gives you a monthly credit allocation (Pro: 700, Elite: unlimited). You spend them on sending emails, deep research, video reel creation, and premium personalized emails — chatting, drafting, video upload, and GPA conversion are always free. Exact per-feature costs are in the table above.
No. Credits reset in full at the start of every billing cycle — unused credits do not carry over. This keeps pricing simple and predictable.
The moment an action is initiated (e.g., clicking "Generate", "Send", or "Research"). If the action fails or the email bounces, credits are returned to your balance automatically.
When you choose annual billing, you pay upfront for the full year and save 40% compared to monthly billing. Your subscription auto-renews annually, and your credit allocation still resets every month.
On Pro, credit-consuming actions pause until the next monthly reset — you can upgrade anytime and your new allocation is available immediately. On Elite, you have unlimited credits, so you will never run out. On Free there are no sending credits: drafting, research and the coach database stay available, but sending to coaches needs a plan.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
